Alarm Handler

Planet Recruitment are recruiting Alarm Handlers to work for our client based in Oxford.

As an alarm handler the shift pattern will consist of 4 working days on, 4 days off.

The successful candidate will posseses excellent verbal communication and telephone skills, demonstrate a can do attitude, be a team player and have a history of working in a customer service based position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professionally minded individual to join an award winning team.

Duties will include :

Answering calls/alarms on various platofrms and taking the necessary action.

Be an effective liaison between the client, end user and the emergency services.

Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally.

Requirements

Demonstrate a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns, this role involves working night shifts.

Be fluent in spoken and written English.

The successful candidate will need to be employer vetted and police record checked.

Hours :

06:00am - 18:00pm - Day shift

18:00pm - 06:00am - Night shift

Pay per hour : £12.50
