Operations Director - £85k - Oxfordshire
Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovative testing company. They are looking to recruit an operations director to join their leadership team and help drive the growth of the company. This role will be hands-on, so a technical background is preferred and is suited to someone looking to make the step up from Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
+ Map out strategic and operational objectives.
+ Help the company grow and oversee their expansion.
+ Train, recruit and manage staff.
+ Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
Key skills:
+ Confident managing budgets, forecasts and examining financial data.
+ Data-informed decision making.
+ Critical thinking and a problem solving.
+ Able to work up in a small startup environment.
The salary will be up to £85k depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
