Join Our Team as a PSV Shunter at our Basildon depot.

Your role will be instrumental in providing excellent service to our customers by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our bus fleet.
Hourly rate: £13.88 p/h
Working week: 40hrs
Shifts: 5 over 7 Sunday-Saturday on rota shift, 16:30-01:00
Key Requirements:
* Must hold a full UK driving licence. PCV licence is desirable.
Responsibilities:
As a PSV Shunter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing both internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises, utilizing specialist equipment and chemicals.
* Ensuring buses are fuelled and parked in readiness for the next day.
* Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
* Moving vehicles to and from other depots and take vehicles to chassis wash and Mot
* Collecting parts from other depots when required
* Working independently after initial training, demonstrating self-motivation.
* Strict adherence to safety protocols and proper utilization of protective clothing.
* Maintaining accurate records of tasks and activities.
* Reporting any issues, such as damage to seats or graffiti, promptly to your supervisor.
