Junior Sous Chef

As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our busy kitchen operations. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, maintain food quality, and uphold our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day management of the main kitchen and taking ownership of a Cavery Kitchen, always adhering to brand standards and recipes. Be confident at working in an extremely busy high-volume setting.
