Electrician
Rate: £16 - £20 p/h (40 Hours Per Week)
Overtime of x1.5 & x2 on weekends

About the Role
Our client is seeking skilled Electricians to join their expanding team. This opportunity is based at their head office in Belfast, serving various projects across Northern Ireland and beyond.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Role Purpose
To deliver high-quality electrical services efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with current regulations. Teamwork and adherence to safety standards are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a proven track record with post-apprenticeship experience in project installations.
* Install and modify electrical systems, including 1st fix containment, 2nd fix installations, PV inverters, battery storage systems, and car charger installations.
* Perform all testing and inspections necessary for certification.
* Adhere to safety regulations and engineering best practices.
* Install tray, ladder, conduits, uni-strut supports, etc., according to construction drawings.
* Participate in company-standard internal training workshops and complete mandatory training.
* Provide updates on project progress in line with the Project Programme and follow RAMS.
* Comply with all current company procedures and the Quality Management System for installed systems.
* Work collaboratively as a team member and help develop relationships with customers and potential clients.
* Promote continuous improvement and value for money.
* Be willing to work in secure and sensitive environments.
* Maintain a clean and organized company van if one is issued, and store materials safely.
* Keep administration teams informed of any order changes when collecting materials from wholesalers.
* Be willing to travel and work in mainland GB and ROI when required.
Person Specification
* Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382 - 18th Edition (minimum requirements).
* C&G 2391-10 Inspection & Testing, and C&G 2391-20 Design & Verification preferred but not essential.
* Experience in commercial electrical installations.
* Familiarity with LV distribution systems.
* Experience with PV and battery storage systems is advantageous but not required.
* Knowledge of safe working practices and permit-to-work systems.
* Strong skills in communicating and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on complex issues.
* Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to flexible work patterns.
* First Aid, IPAF, and PASMA training will be provided if needed; already having these certifications is a plus.
