Plumbing and Heating Engineer (Reactive Maintenance) - Coventry Area
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team, focusing on reactive maintenance work within the Coventry area. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to handle a variety of maintenance tasks in domestic settings without the requirement for emergency call-outs.
Key Details:
* Location: Coventry, West Midlands
* Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Start Date: ASAP
* Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Jobs per Day: Approximately 5-7
Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance work, addressing and resolving issues across a range of plumbing and heating systems in domestic properties. This position does not involve emergency call-out duties, allowing for a predictable and balanced work schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
* Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and materials used.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

* Gas Safe registration is highly desirable.
