Reporting to the HR Director, you will have a team of HR professionals in the HR Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for aligning the HR Centre of Excellence's vision and goals with the overall business strategy and objectives. Working closely with the HRD and other Senior Leaders to define and communicate the organizational cultures, values, and mission. Develop and implement HR Centre of Excellence policies and programs that support the growth, development, and performance of the workforce that contributes to the business success.

Your tasks
• Plan and execute HR Centre of Excellence functions strategically, such as L&D, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
• Setting the strategic direction and plan for the CoE

• Develop and implement policies for the organisation.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation, and encourage the employees to pursue their personal and professional growth.
• Mentor and coach the HR Centre of Excellence team and other leaders, and help them to develop their potential and capabilities.
• Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to align HR policies with the company’s strategic goals.
• Conduct research, analyse organisational trends, and execute best practices for hiring, talent management, people development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Drive efficiencies and innovation – identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce bureaucracy, and drive innovation.
• Provide expert guidance on various people matters to the business leaders and line management.
• Establish brand as an employer of choice, utilizing innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Partner with business managers to understand people and organizational needs, develop succession plans, and implement development and retention initiatives.

Your profile
We are seeking an individual with a strong ethical and people-centric approach to HR, along with the following qualifications:
• Previous experience as a senior manager within an HR Centre of Excellence, Business Partner (generalist) or Head of HR in a fast-paced environment. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate HR Centre of Excellence strategies into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of building effective relationships.
• Change leadership experience, including facilitating organizational change.
• Commercial business acumen with an understanding of commercial drivers and pressures.
• Experience in coaching leaders and managers to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and drive results through collaboration.
• Driven by a strong desire to do what's right for the business and its people.
• Self-disciplined and results-oriented with a focus on managing objectives.
