Health & Safety Manager position, taking the lead role in this business for all things Health & Safety. Based near Telford, this Construction company covers the Midlands region delivering Build and Fit Out projects. You will be proactive and forward thinking to engage with all levels in the business and deliver excellent safety standards.
This is an opportunity to make your mark on an SME Construction business who proactively want to improve standards and are looking for a like minded person who can communicate well to deliver best in practise. As the lead person in this Health & Safety Manager role, you will be the Health & Safety expert, building practical initiatives and supporting project teams on site to ensure safety standards are upheld and look for ways to continually improve.
Ideal candidate profile for this Health & Safety Manager role:
* Hold a Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent)
* Experience in the Construction industry
* Main Contractor experience
* Dynamic in approach with a coaching mentality
* Desire to take the lead and improve safety standards
Salary is up to £65,000 plus Car Allowance £5,000
