Trainee/Graduate/Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

A specialist M&E recruitment business in Bourne End (near Maidenhead, Slough and High Wycombe) has a requirement for an Trainee Recruitment Consultant, to be educated in the full recruitment process, from sales through to delivery and account management.

As a Trainee Consultant you will be:-

· Obtaining leads and following up on your own leads.

· Calling prospective clients.

· Calling lapsed clients within construction and engineering.

· Developing relationships with engineering and manufacturing companies.

· Booking and attending face to face meetings.

· Taking the details of clients requirements.

· Advertising vacancies and sourcing relevant candidates.

To qualify for the position.

· You must have a sales attitude.

· You must have a 'never say die' approach.

· You must have drive, personality and enthusiasm.

· You must have a stable background.

· You must live within commuting distance to Bourne End.
