Junior Project Manager

Our client, a dynamic, specialised Group are keen to appoint a Junior Project Manager. Their UK sector stands at the forefront, spearheading unparalleled achievements in sales and client services. * Heanor – Occasional UK travel required

* £25,000- £28,000 per annum, DOE

* Bonus & Benefits

* Full time, Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm (flexible)

The Role:

* Planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of specific projects.

* Management and design works and co-ordination

* Conversing with clients to understand their needs and expectations in order to obtain the brief and create quotations

* Work closely with construction teams to ensure that projects are executed according to plan

* Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs

* Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders

* Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL

* CAD experience desirable but not essential

* Be a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of work and delivers to deadlines

* Take a commercial approach and possess excellent communication skills

* Be eager to progress and able to work to their own initiative

* Have good attention to detail and organisation skills in order to manage multiple projects

* Possess good written and verbal communication skills
