Senior Process Technologist

This role of Senior Process Technologist is with a leading food organisation and is easily one of the most exciting and invigorated food businesses around, home to some of the UK’s most iconic brands and enjoying marketing leading positions in all its categories. It has a clear growth agenda and is on a dynamic journey of transformation and expansion. 
  
Based around the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire borders, in the East Midlands and reporting to the Site NPD Manager, with a small process team reporting in, you will lead and manage the effective delivery of all product transfers from concept approval to launch ensuring an effective handshake between Process and Operations. 

Also, you will support the operations team in driving process improvement and partner across the business to ensure delivery on private label and brand customer projects; simultaneously, build, develop and nurture positive customer relationships enhancing customer confidence. 
 
ABOUT YOU
 
Experience in food manufacturing production is essential, in a role where you have had experience and involvement in process development and product improvement, working closely with and supporting factory teams, NPD and Technical.
 
Essentially you must be comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment of organisational evolvement and change.  
 
A degree or equivalent in Food Science/Manufacturing would be advantageous, equally important is a passion for creative process improvement and a curious mindset.
 
This is a hybrid role.
