Senior Accountant - Leicestershire - Hybrid working - £50,000 - £55,000
We're thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity to join a prominent corporate business as their new Senior Accountant, focusing on Financial Accounting across a large international entity.
This role centres on producing year-on-year forecast P&L and variance analytics as well as statutory accounting making it ideal for individuals who thrive on analysing large datasets and driving process improvements.
Your Responsibilities:
Developing analytical tools and reports to facilitate accounting reviews
Generating entity-level balance sheet variance analysis and P&L forecasts
Overseeing annual budget production for the accounting function
Championing process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
About You:
If you're a fully qualified Financial Accountant with a flair for process improvement and financial reporting, we want to hear from you. Experience with SOX compliance and a background in a corporate environment would make you an excellent fit for this role.
Requirements:
Fully ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Qualified
Experience reporting to SOX standards
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Excellent report writing skills, with experience in Khalix and Cognos
Previous experience in a large corporate business
