JT Recruit are currently looking for an experienced accounts Assistant on behalf of our client in Ollerton on a contract basis. This role is initially to cover maternity leave but may become permanent for the right candidate as the business grows, contract length between 9 month – 1 year.
Ideally the candidate will work 24 hours a week across 3 days, Thursday & Friday are essential with flexibility to the third day.
Duties:
* Process payments, Invoices and statements.
* Month end duties.
* Chasing payments.
* General filing duties.
* Bank reconciliation.
* General admin and customer service duties.
Experience:
* SAGE 50
* Excel
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is essential.
