Contract Manager

Salary: 55k + Annual Bonus + Car Allowance + Private Medical Insurance

What you'll be doing;

Managing the agreed Capital Programme for the business
Managing the Asset Improvement Contract (AIC)
Delivering Capital projects in line with CAPEX plan to cost time and quality
Developing processes to deliver Capital Programme and management of contractors
Management of Capital Delivery Team
Management of contractors
Contract preparation and Management

What we're looking for;

Experienced professional engineer with water industry experience in both potable water and waste water.
Project and Programme Management experience.
Leadership, management and development of teams
Experience of managing programs of work and developing Capital Programs of work
Experience of developing project processes including Health and Safety
Experience of delivering Capital Projects to time cost and quality
Experience of project design and project definition
Experience of budgetary control and financial closure of projects
Experience of tendering processes, pre-tender documentation, review of tenders, tender awarding.
Stakeholder management both internal and external.
