When a Head of CRO role is identified as a need by c-suite it shows the value put on conversion. This new position will have the opportunity to have an enormous impact on an already successful digitally led business. Just minor improvements to conversion will have great consequences to revenue generation.

As a naturally inquisitive, data led marketer you'll work from a blank canvas. Initially you'll review and set up GA4 to effectively monitor user journeys and start to introduce multi-variate testing. Going forwards you'll reach beyond digital to explore all business processes, right the way through the sales funnel covering every potential customer touch point. You'll have the resource of some great developers at your disposal as well as access to digital agencies to create new functionality, journeys and processes.

You'll be prepared to challenge everything and always asking "What can we do better?" to improve customer journey, experience and insight. This is a chance to broaden your reach into wider business processes impacting conversion outside the onsite user journey. If you're an experienced CRO expert who can take a strategic view whilst being hands on in roll out, implementation and testing then this will move you to the next level and give a great story to tell.

About You:

CRO and customer journey expert.
Accomplished user of web analytics packages including GA4.
Relentless determination to continuously improve results.
Natural curiosity to explore every element of customer experience and the impact it has on conversion.
Based in Yorkshire and available to be office based 3 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build digital journeys which improve conversion.
Ensure data is available to demonstrate opportunities for improvement.
Work across wider business functions to create better customer journeys and business processes through full customer lifecycle.
Work with c-suite to drive business change for the better.

Where You'll Be Based:

Hybrid working means you'll have a mix of remote working and be office based three times a week. The office is easily commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, York and Doncaster on public transport and with parking available.
