TSA Surveying is representing a national property consultant aiming to strengthen their Leeds team. This consultant is poised for significant expansion, driven by a surge in frameworks and fees. Over the past three years, they’ve successfully doubled both their team size and fees, with ambitions to replicate this achievement over the next 3 years, further doubling their team and fees. Currently the Leeds team consists of 9 building surveyors consisting of all seniority levels.

They are seeking ambitious building surveyors eager to advance their careers and attain chartered status. Their robust support system includes a comprehensive two-year program, educational sessions, and internal mock exams designed to ensure rates are higher than the RICS average by a considerable margin.

The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of local authority projects, consisting of commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors. The building surveying team works on projects with budgets up to £5million, overseeing the entire process from design briefings, preparing feasibility, proposal outlines, producing detailed drawings, specifications, preparing tender documentation, tender analysis, contractor appointments and contract administration.
