High Volume Recruiter

Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join the team of one of our long-standing clients, Royal Mail, as a High-Volume Recruiter.

The role will involve providing an end-to-end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of a verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. You will build up strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business, recruiting for Royal Mail's Posties, Drivers, and Mail Sorters.

The Ideal Candidate:
Prior recruitment experience would be ideal, however this is not a necessity
Strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes for the customer, prioritise workloads and hit personal and team related targets
Excellent planning and time management skills, so you can juggle conflicting prioritise and escalate where appropriate
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written skills
Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
Good computer and analytical skills including ExcelWorking Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:

The role is being offered on a temporary contract for around 2-3 months. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, on a rota of 5 out of 7 days, meaning weekends may be included at times. Your start and finish times are flexible, meaning you're able to start and finish anytime between 7am and 7pm.

After the initial 2 weeks which will be based solely in the office, you will have the freedom to work from home up to 2 days per week if you'd like.

The rate of pay for this role is being offered at £13.41 per hour.
