Report to: Zone Director. Supervises: Administration and Logistics positions. MISSION: Plan, lead and coordinate the following areas of the subsidiary: finance, administration, human resources (HR) and logistics. Optimize processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency and net profit Finance Prepare and follow up the allocated budgets. Coordinate monthly accounting closing (regardless if done internally or by third party) according to HQ schedule. Prepare monthly reports for the Headquarters (HQ), according to the rules in place. Analyse on a monthly basis the evolution of the Financial Statements (P & L, Balance Sheet) and ratios and translate qualitative comments to HQ based on your analysis. Propose corrective actions. Fix customer credit limit and prepare Aging analysis to manage customer’s open risk, in close cooperation with the Business manager. Support Business Area in pursuing customers’ collection.
