Currently seeking data entry/call center agent for a position within our company. Ideal candidate should be team-oriented and detailed oriented with a strong ability to multi-task. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high call volume and remain professional under pressure.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to follow specific oral and written directions.
· Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
· Excellent computer skills a must, proficient in email systems, Microsoft word and Excel
· Confident self-starter who can work independently as part of a team.
· Must maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone.
· Must be organized and dependable
· Must pass background check and drug screen.
· Bi-Lingual [English and Spanish]
Requirements
Description of Duties include but are not limited to:
Accurately enter data into various forms
Request additional information
Send emails
Submit reports
Print and send letters
Answer phone calls
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Benefits
Starting pay range from $11.00-$13.00 per hour
