Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a Data Analyst to work closely with the facilities, analytics vendors, and internal clients assisting various resources to track and manage projects.
This is an exciting onsite role at our beautiful corporate offices located in Plano between Legacy West and Grandscape. The Analyst  will be directly engaging facility technical and subject matter expert resources, analytics vendors, and consultants to identify, extract, automate, and fully document data extraction management processes on a regular and recurring basis.  Additionally the Data Analyst will work with the facility and CHC Data Management Analyst to ensure the timely receipt and the quality and consistency of the data receipts.
Other responsibilities include:
Implementation lead for client facing tools and applications
Assist in the collection and documentation of development requirements for internal and external clients
Coordinate the evaluation of data receipts processes and data quality
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables with comprehensive database design and operational process documentation
Ensure timely client engagement and extract development
Manage and optimize processes for data intake and validation
Support third party analysis implementations as needed
Regularly assist with evaluation of data receipts processes and data quality
Maintain records of implementation tasks, deliverables, and timelines
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
Skills and Knowledge
Highly organized with solid project management skills.
Understanding of databases such as SQL and BigQuery.  Ability to write simple queries is a plus.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Continually updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients who may have a limited technical understanding of their systems.

Experience
1-3 years experience
Project management tools
Knowledge of healthcare financial and supply chain processes
Understanding of Google Workspace, GCP, Big Query
An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and concise documentation
Strong customer service focus
