Yard Foreman
Location:
Outwood, near Redhill, RH1 5QP
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the Yard Operative team in coordination with the Logistics and Depot Manager.
* Experience with Layher preferred but not mandatory.
* Oversee stock control, equipment monitoring, loading/unloading operations, and equipment/fittings organization within the Yard.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in the Yard and its surroundings.
* Demonstrate strong managerial skills, adeptness in identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and proficient team management abilities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience supervising or managing a scaffolding yard.
* Flexibility to undertake various duties within the Yard.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with different business divisions.
* Encouraging and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
