Conduct daily operational and general administrative IT support.
Conduct system planning activities, installation, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
Manage the configuration and operation of operating systems.
Monitor and respond to security or usability concerns.
Create and verify backups of data.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security.
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software.
Install and test enhancements, patches, and other hardware or software upgrades.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (preferred)
3+ years experience in:
Windows & Linux system administration
Network engineering.
Network operations.
Client support
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting IT Operations of routers, switches, and video teleconference systems
Security Industry Certification (DoD 8500 IAT Level II)
Required: TS/SCI Security Clearance:
