City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for every client. But we do more than just manage maintenance services for commercial facilities—we pride ourselves on being a partner that not only helps our clients save time and solve problems, but keeps their facilities clean and safe.
We are looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients (upselling) and actively seek new sales opportunities.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM) and have a flair for client communication we’d like to meet you!
EXPERIENCE
• 3 – 5 year’s sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.
TRAVEL
• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

This is a territory based opportunity and mileage is reimbursed at $ 0.625/per mile (capped at $450/month).
