Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor the respiratory status of pediatric patients in the PICU.
Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation and other respiratory therapies.
Perform arterial blood gas analysis and provide appropriate interventions based on the results.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
Ensure compliance with respiratory therapy protocols and infection control guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric respiratory care.
Current BLS and PALS certifications.
Strong knowledge of pediatric respiratory therapies and ventilator management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Passion for providing compassionate and specialized respiratory care to pediatric patients.
