Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Growth Officer to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, with extensive experience in government contracting and a deep understanding of the software industry.
What you will do:
Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance market position and achieve financial growth.
Lead the Business Development, Proposal and Marketing teams, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.
Engage with key Government and commercial customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Oversee and contribute to the development of proposals for government contracting and commercial opportunities.
Drive sales and margin growth, employing sophisticated knowledge of software economics and scalability.
Lead and execute M&A activities, including providing input on target companies, due diligence, and integration.
Monitor industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
