Director of Recruiting

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Director of Recruiting to join our growing team.
 
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources to enhance the organization's recruitment efforts
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidates, through social media, professional networks, and other channels
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and generate reports for analysis
Develop and execute employer branding strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance at all times
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and ensure accurate reporting
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process
Extensive experience in sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
