Waiter / Waitress

La Crema is looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented waitresses/waiters to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and knowledge of La Crema's dishes and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set properly and ready for guests.
• Present food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold La Crema's high standards for cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
