Salary: €85k - €100k per year
Location: Utrecht area (Netherlands)

The employer specialises in Automated warehouses and is a global company who design, install and maintain the automation machinery on behalf of their clients.

Are you the manager with strong leadership qualities who takes care of the automated system?

Then this is your chance! This is what you will do as Maintenance Manager:
* You will lead and oversee all maintenance teams (65 fte) of the automated distribution centre.
* You will oversee all major planned and unplanned repairs, with the aim of ensuring that machine uptime is maximised, maintenance costs are minimised and all work is carried out in a safe manner
* You will be responsible for staffing (24/7), overtime and overall team compliance and performance
* You are a motivated team builder, coach and trainer for all members of the maintenance team
* You oversee parts inventory, tool inventory and ensure cost control measures are applied at all times
* You will prepare reports, provide periodic KPI statistics and trend analysis and ensure that departmental performance is measurable and traceable
* You continuously work with the On Site manager to review maintenance procedures and achieve and maintain customer service levels.
* You are responsible for the maintenance and correct use of company tool and the effectiveness of maintenance schedules
* You will be responsible for building close links with other sites and the parent company in Germany for guidance and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
* You possess a completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical business administration or similar
* You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
* You have at least 5 years of leadership experience and are hands on
* You have experience with fundamental maintenance principles (OEE, TPM, etc.)
* You are a people manager and you see a challenge in every bump
* You are communicatively very strong, accurate and customer-oriented
* You have good communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
* Command of the German language is an advantage
* You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality
* You have a driving licence and own transport
