INTERIOR DESIGNER – DUBAI
Client
* Our client is a large main contractor based in Central London. This client specialises in ultra high-end residential projects from £1m up to in excess of £100m.
Job Summary:
* Interiors Designer specialising in interiors design on ultra high-end projects in Dubai. Reporting into a Design Director.
Role / Responsibilities:
* Previous experience as a Senior Interior Designer on High End residential project is essential
* Managing the day-to-day interior design process on the project from start to finish.
* Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the Clients requirements
* Maintain and update project reporting.
* The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
* Working day to day along the commercial team
* A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver upon your deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent all round technical knowledge
* Either an Architectural or Construction backgrounds
* Previous experience as an Inteior Designer on high end residential projects.
* An industry applicable qualification.
* Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations.
* Able to work as part of a team
* Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site
* Strong work ethic
* An excellent communicator.
* Have strong commercial awareness.
* Good IT knowledge
