A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding and well-established manufacturing and design company in the Brackley area for a Sales Administrator. The role will be varied and will include customer contact along with administration tasks.

With full training provided for the role the required hours of work will be 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.

Tasks within this position will include:

* Processing orders.

* Providing outstanding levels of customer service and office-based support.

* Prepare quotations and update account information using our CRM system.

* Make travel arrangements, UK and overseas.

* Preparation of credit notes, invoices and export documentation.

* Use Sage to prepare sales orders and order acknowledgements.

* Liaise with the departments to gain information on orders, timings, quality issues and

* Communicate with the Operations Manager to plan installations.

* Office duties to include managing general and sales enquiries, delivery details and additional tasks.

Offering £25,000 per annum this company pride themselves on the quality of service they deliver to customers, making it imperative that you have fantastic attention to detail with an upbeat telephone manner and are always happy to go above and beyond. You must be able to use Microsoft Office packages. A background in a commercial / sales office environment is preferable.

The ability to use Sage and with experience using CRM’s would be seen as advantageous for this role but is not required.
