Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

We are currently representing a reputable training provider who are committed to providing high-quality vocational training and skills development programmes. They are dedicated to empowering individuals with the practical skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Delivery Manager to join the team. As a deliver manager in the employability sector, you will oversee the day to day delivery and be in charge of managing a team of staff. This position does require use of Excel so the ideal candidate would be an advanced user with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for effective delivery of programs.
Manage and support a team of coaches and tutors including setting and monitoring KPIs.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and progression of learners.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners.
Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the welfare and safety of all learners within the program.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience in managing or supervising a team, including setting and monitoring KPIs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and packages knowledge with strong compliance skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when working with diverse groups of learners.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
