A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well established and successful team based in Lenton, NG7. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience, and be extremely dynamic as this is a crucial role for the business!!

What we're looking for:

- Good time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail

The finer elements of the role include:

- Completing administrative tasks surrounding the sales process – electronic file logging, emailing third parties and post-sales booking confirmation calls
- Managing a central email inbox and dealing with / allocating incoming emails
- Answering the central telephone line and assisting the client as required
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and maintain a smooth running of the service
- Problem resolution and dealing with clients
- Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
- Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
