We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client's friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to take accoutabiluty, as well as excellent communication skills.
What you will be doing:
Answer incoming calls and correspondence and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
Provide information about products and services
Process orders, forms, and applications accurately
Conduct data entry tasks efficiently
Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
