Motor Trade Service Manager

Are your and experienced administrator that likes a role that offers variety? I am currently recruiting for a Motor Trade Service Advisor within the automotive sector.

The Job
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative task and manging client enquiries
* Setting up appointments and overseeing associated correspondence
* Proven ability to upsell products to customers.
* Provide excellent customer service with both new and existing customers.
* Maintain the reception area and ensure it looks presentable at all times.
* Stock management for the offices and service areas
* Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
* Cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
About you
* An experience administrator that is happy to get involved with all aspects of the business.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of One Link system woud be an advantage
* Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage.
* Able to work every other Saturday morning.
* A driving licence will be required for occasional ad hoc delivery duties or client meetings
