Payroll Supervisor

Portfolio Payroll are delighted to be working with a brilliant organisation in the Trafford area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor join their team on a Permanent basis. Working for a very established business you will be supervising and co-ordinating the payroll team, processing payroll, getting involved in continuous improvement of controls, processes, and procedures and providing support to the head of Payroll.

Experienced Payroll Senior/Manager
Supervisory experience essential

Key Duties/Tasks:

Supervise the team to enable them to produce a timely and accurate Payroll
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of the monthly UK payroll and the team
Point of escalation
Reviews and performance plans
Recommendations for process improvement, policy and procedure
Compliance
Implementation/ test and upgrades
HMRC submissions
Year end process's
