Compliance Manager

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join a Recycling facility near Glasgow. Our client is a leading business within the Energy and Waste management industry, with a long-term goal of establishing sustainability and environmental efficiency, looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for:
Support on the delivery of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Compliance as per the management system
Carrying out internal audits on the management system, ensuring everything is compliant
Liaise with senior managers to ensure site remains compliant
Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
Proven experience in a compliance / auditing role
Experience in the Waste/Recycling industry is advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety and Environmental systems is desired
Strong leadership skills
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
