Finance Business Partner

Your new company
Our not-for-profit client is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to be part of a wider finance team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to provide support in managing their budgets, ensuring continuous strategy and budget alignment. You will utilise your business and financial acumen to support budget holders in the development of annual budgets for their area of responsibility, developing realistic forecasts and identifying the key risks and mitigation to budgetary delivery. You will work with the stakeholders to ensure that all cost improvement opportunities are identified, and appropriate budgetary adjustments made and reported. You will be involved in influencing business decisions by providing support and challenge in the development of business cases for investment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant with strong business partnering skills, along with excellent communication and good systems' knowledge, particularly Excel. Ideally, you will work with the NHS, local government or not for profit, though other industries will be considered. You will need substantial experience in the production and reporting of consolidated budgets, forecasts and management accounts.
