An exclusive client of mine in the M&E industry is looking to enforce a new and exciting role of a Junior Project Coordinator to their team. This client has a bubbly and friendly team who are all very passionate about what they do within the business. You will be a specialist looking after all remedial works.

Duties of the Junior Project Coordinator:

- Build close relationships with the scheduling team and sit within this department to complete the process of remedial works.

- Liaise with the estimating team after quotations have been submitted.

- Procure materials for the project and liaise with clients when materials will arrive.

- Schedule and manage the engineers, understanding which engineer has the capabilities for certain jobs booked in.

- Build relationships and book an allocated time slot with the client ensuring you are gaining feedback after the job has been completed.

- Update the internal team with when jobs are booked in and ensuring engineers aren't double booked.

- Prioritise jobs in matter of urgency and book in accordingly.

- Complete risk assessments and method statements before jobs are carried out.

- Updating the CRM system with correspondence and relevant documentation.

- Can go on call once in 7 weeks for out of hours. Earn an extra £300 a week doing this.

Requirements of the Junior Project Coordinator:

- Experience buying materials for jobs.

- Scheduling engineers experience.

- Strong communication skills.

- Proactive and forward thinking.

- Ability to juggle workload and multiple projects at one time.

- Looking for longevity within a role and wanting progression.
