CAD TECHNICIAN BEING SOUGHT BY VERY SUCCESSFUL HOSPITALITY/RETAIL BUSINESS
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEAR'S EXPERIENCE AND A KEEN INTEREST IN DEVELOPING A CAREER IN DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
My Client is one of the UK's leading Retail/Hospitality brands, and they are now looking for a personable and capable person to join their Building Design team.
You could be an CAD Technician who is now looking for a more challenging role or a Project Manager with CAD skills.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* Proven experience as a CAD Technician, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Overall Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated CAD Technician and Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a dual role, being responsible for producing precise and detailed CAD drawings and models while also managing projects from conception through to completion. This position requires a blend of technical CAD skills and project management capabilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
