Contracts Manager

Are you a Contracts Manager from a Commercial Refurbishment and fit-out back ground ?
I have a client based West of London looking to bring on a Contracts Manager.

You will play a crucial part in managing the contracts and overseeing the entire fit-out process ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of fit-out projects, from tendering and contract award through to project completion and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other key personnel to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and project expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Ensure that all fit-out work is completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to project specifications and industry regulations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality of supplies to meet project needs.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.

- Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, with a strong understanding of contractual and financial management.
