Architect

Konker is recruiting for a recently qualified Architect to join a RIBA practice based in Plymouth. 

This RIBA Chartered practice has two offices in the South West and due to ongoing workload growth, they are seeking a recently qualified Architect to join them.
 
This practice prides itself on its bespoke designs and provides full RIBA Architectural, Interior Design and Visualisation services.

They are a young and vibrant practice, and each team member has a different background that works well – with experience in the Healthcare, Heritage, Educational and Residential sectors. Currently, they employ 9 members of staff.

The main software's within this practice is Revit, AutoCAD & Adobe Suite, so having experience in these will be highly beneficial. If not, training is provided. 
 
The Position: Architect 
Working on a wide variety of residential projects alongside healthcare projects 
Using Revit daily and ongoing mentoring + training 
Project running 
Hybrid working & a modern agile approach to work
Regular company socials Salary is between £32,000 - £36,000 depending on previous experience.
 
To Be Considered: Architect (Recently Qualified)
Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth 
Previous experience with healthcare projects is advantageous but not essential 
ARB Registered 
The ability to use Revit is also advantageous but not essential and training is provided
