In the Administration role you'll be involved with:

Covering reception, replying to emails / correspondence, and taking payments
Typing up letters and printing on letter headed paper
Meeting and greeting customers
Arranging meetings / booking appointments
To be considered for the Administration role you must have:

Previous reception / administration experience
Strong communication and administration skills
Excellent IT, Typing and organisational skills
A courteous, friendly, and professional manner
This is a fulltime temporary role working 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday for 4 – 5 weeks initially with an ASAP, based in the beautiful seaside town of Pwllheli in return, you will receive a rate of from £11.44 up to £11.79 (depending on skills and experience) p/h plus holiday pay.
