Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.
We are currently looking for a new Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us to oversee the commercials on 2 new build warehouses in the Yorkshire area.
The value of these projects is up to £25million and are set to run for the next 2-3 years.
You will be reporting into the Managing Surveyor and we are looking for someone experienced with:
* Construction Management Contracts
* Experienced in Collateral Warranties / JCT Contract
* Procurement and ongoing management of Trade Packages
* Cash Flow Forecasting
* Monthly Valuations
* Variations / FA management
* Ideally experience within new build commercial construction
* Weekly Commercial Reporting / Updates.
* Weekly Design / Progress Meeting attendance
Other Requirements:
* Degree Qualified or Equivalent
* Ideally based in and around Yorkshire
* Experience of Warehouse construction
* Team Player, wanting to be part of something bigger and taking pride in delivering exceptional projects
We are hiring immediately and there is flexibility on hours/location of work for the right person. Salary/Benefits negotiable, can be PAYE or Contract
