About the Role: As a Supply Early Years Practitioner, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and education to children in their formative years. This role offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to choose your own work schedule each week, making it ideal for balancing work with personal commitments. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children in your care.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and developmental milestones.Requirements:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in a relevant Early Years subject.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
