What you will be doing:
Curating the overall guest experience and expectation throughout the stay.
Assisting our guests from the moment they reserve, all the way through their departure, creating a truly wonderful memory that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Oversee the first of its kind lounge experience that provides elevated beverage and food offerings for breakfast, snacks and evening canapés.
Interact with and build lasting relationships with Fairmont Gold guests during the check-in and check-out experience.
