Job Description
HCI is now hiring a full-time, office-based Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to work in our home office in Manhattan, Kansas. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring that equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities.
Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
Working with vendors and contractors as needed.
