Superintendent

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading construction company in Irving, TX to find a skilled individual to join the team as a Superintendent. This is a managerial role reporting directly to the Project Manager, and involves close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day supervision of the project site.
Assist in establishing and implementing safety plans, with direct responsibility for project safety.
Conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen.
Maintain discipline at the jobsite.
Supervise company field labor and hourly wage employees hired from third parties.
Manage subcontractor activities.
Assist in establishing and enforcing quality control plans, including adherence to plans, specifications, and local building codes.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and jobsite photos.
Monitor subcontractors' progress and ensure proper job sequencing.
Collaborate on the preparation of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
Prepare look-ahead schedules and implement schedules to meet project completion dates.
Generate and submit requests for information.
Act as a liaison with owner occupants.
Resolve conflicts arising in the field.
Maintain as-built drawings.
Identify documents for potential change orders and back charges.
Coordinate material deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5-7 years of general construction experience required.
Experience in K-12 education and/or aviation construction preferred.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred.
Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills are essential.
