What you will be doing:
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification and maintains editorial calendar
• Manage company social accounts
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
• Monitor company online communities and presence, as well as for posts and responds when applicable
• Identify opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients, and influencers
• Stay current on latest social media tools and trends
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policy for each community
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
• Proven work experience in social media field, with five or more years of social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
• Must be skilled in current and emerging media content, community development, etc.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Knowledgeable of payments industry or financial technology space desired
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
