Inthis role, you will be responsiblefor:

Yourresponsibilities in generalare:
- Carryingout maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, andinstallations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order toachieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timelytroubleshooting
- Supporting customerson possible services and assisting with application problems viatelephone support in assignedarea
- Work closely withsales staff for their general support or to assist in individualcases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations andtraining, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at tradefairs, etc.)
- Workprimarily in the field and have close contact with your teamcolleagues and the salesteam
Whatwe are looking for:
- Completed technical training , preferably in medical technology , mechatronics , electrical engineering , or similar
- You are interested in life science / diagnostic applications
- Preferably you have practical experience ,external service experience would be an advantage
- Good written andspoken English and German skills
- High willingness to travel / day trips with occasional overnight stays in assigned area / valid drivers l icense
