Hey Dutch speakers, are you looking for a job opportunity abroad? Look no further, we have plenty for you.
We are seeking committed, engaging, communicative individuals for our clients. We can present several options in terms of locations: Malta, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania.
Duties:
- Answering customer calls, emails and chats
- Acting as the point of contact for any queries
- Escalating tickets when necessary
- Working under a flexible schedule
- Acquiring knowledge on specific products or services relevant for the job

Please note that spoken English is needed, at least C1 level; any other language proficiency is considered a plus. On the other hand, we do not require any particular experience or background - all we need is a good attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.
